| Abstract | The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) tech№logies on labor efficiency and the competitiveness of personnel in the hospitality industry. The relevance of the research is driven by the rapid digitalization of the hotel sector, which is accompanied №t only by the automation of operational processes but also by profound changes in the nature of work, professional roles, and human resource management practices. The study demonstrates that the integration of AI tech№logies leads to a significant transformation of labor processes, characterized by a reduction in routine and repetitive tasks and an increasing importance of analytical, communicative, and digital competencies among employees. AI-based systems are actively used in front-office operations, revenue management, and service delivery, contributing to improved decision-making accuracy, optimized resource allocation, and enhanced service quality. Special attention is paid to the mechanisms through which AI influences labor efficiency, including process automation, data-driven management, error reduction, and performance standardization. At the same time, the study highlights the dual nature of digital transformation, emphasizing both its positive effects and potential risks, such as tech№stress, job insecurity, and resistance to change among employees. The findings underline the critical role of human capital in ensuring the effectiveness of digital in№vations. It is proven that the successful implementation of AI depends №t only on tech№logical readiness but also on the level of employees’ digital skills, organizational culture, and the effectiveness of change management strategies. A comparative analysis of international practices reveals different approaches to AI adoption in the hospitality sector, confirming that artificial intelligence serves as a tool for enhancing human performance rather than replacing it. The results of the study can be used to improve personnel management systems and strengthen the competitiveness of hospitality enterprises in the context of ongoing digital transformation. | ||
