Open Access Policy

"Collection of Scientific Works of Uman National University" operates under an Open Access policy. All published materials are freely available immediately upon the release of each issue – free of charge and without any time restrictions. Full texts of articles are hosted on the official website of the publication in the "Issues" section, deposited for preservation at the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and available on the "Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine" portal, as well as published in the Institutional Repository of Uman National University.

This model is consistent with the definition of open access as set out by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). The licensing policy of the journal complies with international requirements for open access and archiving of scholarly publications.

Authors whose articles are published under open access retain their copyright. The publisher is granted the right of first publication. Open access articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 licence, which permits copying, adapting, reproducing, distributing and using the work for any purpose, including adaptation and commercial use, provided that appropriate attribution is given.
