Abstract | The article explores the transformational processes occurring in the management of foreign economic activity (FEA) of Ukrainian enterprises under the conditions of the full-scale war in Ukraine. The study proves that, amid the Russian-Ukrainian war and deep transformations in the national economy, effective FEA management has become critically important for preserving and enhancing export potential, securing foreign currency inflows, and integrating the country into global economic processes. The analysis shows that the FEA of domestic business entities faces significant challenges due to the destruction of logistics infrastructure, loss of sales markets, regulatory instability, financial vulnerability, a low level of digitalization, and intensifying global competition. Changes in the structure of foreign trade flows indicate a critical need to reorient FEA toward new formats, including the development of alternative logistics routes (particularly through EU countries), diversification of export markets and product range, implementation of modern managerial and digital solutions, and attraction of investments and international financial support. The state's role in ensuring a favorable foreign trade environment has increased significantly, particularly through the improvement of regulatory frameworks, export promotion, and reduction of bureaucratic burdens on business. The necessity of applying adaptive management strategies in wartime conditions is substantiated as a prerequisite for enhancing the resilience of enterprises, building flexible supply chains, responding promptly to external changes, and maintaining positions in global markets. Such strategies should include business process digitalization, development of alternative delivery channels, implementation of innovations, and strengthening of international cooperation. A significant direction is the establishment of new partnerships within the framework of European integration, which provides Ukrainian enterprises with access to new markets, financial and technological resources, and contributes to the harmonization with EU legal standards. The European integration vector of FEA development requires stronger involvement in international projects, product adaptation to EU standards, and implementation of joint investment initiatives. It is substantiated that the FEA management system of domestic enterprises under wartime conditions must be transformed toward adaptability, flexibility, and strategic orientation. Successful implementation of the outlined areas of reform will not only stabilize foreign economic activity but also contribute to post-war economic recovery, strengthen Ukraine's international positions, and facilitate integration into the European and global economic space. | ||
