| Abstract | In today's globalized and rapidly advancing technological environment, agricultural businesses face the need to implement innovative strategies to ensure their efficiency and competitiveness. Integration of the latest technologies, such as automation of production processes and big data analytics, allows to reduce costs, improve product quality and decision-making efficiency. Modern agricultural business operates in a rapidly changing global economic environment, which requires new approaches to the organization and management of production processes. The main challenges include increased competition in domestic and foreign markets, the need to improve resource efficiency, adaptation to climate change and sustainable development. At the same time, the level of innovation in Ukraine's agricultural sector remains insufficient, which hinders the industry's development and limits its competitiveness. The study of current strategies for innovative development of the Ukrainian agricultural business aimed at increasing its efficiency and competitiveness has led to the following conclusions: 1. Innovative strategies as the basis of competitiveness: the introduction of innovations in the agricultural sector of Ukraine is a key factor in ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises. Innovative enterprises demonstrate higher yields, profitability and export potential than traditional ones. 2. Efficiency of the latest technologies: in 2023, companies that integrated innovative solutions (precision farming systems, drones, Big Data, artificial intelligence) reduced production costs by 400 UAH/t, increased yields to 6.8 t/ha, and increased profitability by up to 25%. 3. Expanding export potential: the use of innovations contributes to effective integration into international markets. In 2023, the export potential of innovative enterprises amounted to UAH 250 million, which is twice as much as that of traditional farms. 4. Dynamics of digital technologies implementation: the share of agricultural enterprises using digital technologies increased from 10% in 2014 to 60% in 2023. This indicates the active digitalization of the sector, which ensures increased management efficiency and forecast accuracy. 5. Investments as a driver of development: Investments in innovative development of the agricultural sector are increasing - in 2023, enterprises with innovations invested three times more in development (UAH 15 million) than traditional ones. This helps to attract modern technologies and increase competitiveness. 6. Recommendations for the development of the sector: To further improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the agricultural business in Ukraine, it is necessary to: intensify state support for innovative projects; attract private investment through the development of partnerships with business and international organizations; expand cooperation with scientific institutions to integrate advanced technologies into production; improve the skills of staff through training programs on innovative approaches.
