Abstract Modern agribusiness is undergoing profound changes due to market globalization, constant fluctuations in demand for agricultural products, and increasing requirements for product quality and delivery speed. At the same time, the rapid development of information technology, new approaches to automation and digitalization of production and trading processes open up new opportunities to improve the efficiency of the agricultural sector. The study of the impact of innovative approaches on the development of trade entrepreneurship in agribusiness has led to the following conclusions: 1. Innovative technologies as a key to the competitiveness of agribusiness. The introduction of latest technologies in agribusiness trade is a prerequisite for increasing production efficiency, reducing costs and expanding markets. Particularly important are Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and online platforms for selling agricultural products, which facilitate automation and digitalization of trading processes. 2. Impact of investments on innovative development. Investment in innovative technologies is a key factor in the development of agribusiness. However, access to finance, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, remains an important challenge. Government support and other financing mechanisms can greatly facilitate the adoption of new technologies. 3. Challenges in implementing innovations. Despite the significant potential for innovation, the agricultural sector faces numerous barriers, including insufficient investment, resistance to change on the part of enterprises, and a lack of adequate infrastructure to support innovation. 4. Impact of the war on agribusiness. The war in Ukraine has become a serious challenge for agribusiness, which has disrupted supply chains, reduced access to international markets, and made it difficult to sell products. However, even in such circumstances, farmers continue to actively implement digital technologies, which demonstrates their resilience and ability to adapt to new challenges. 5. Prospects for innovation development. Prospects for the development of innovations in agribusiness are associated with the further integration of digital technologies, automation of production, the use of blockchain technologies for transparency of transactions, and artificial intelligence for process optimization. At the same time, it is important to develop sustainable and energy-efficient technologies that will contribute to environmental protection and the development of green markets. 6. Digitalization as a basis for development. Digitalization of the agricultural sector is an important step in ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The introduction of modern digital technologies can significantly improve productivity, reduce costs, and improve the quality of agricultural products, which is especially important in the context of global economic and environmental changes. Thus, the introduction of innovative approaches to agribusiness trading contributes to increasing its efficiency, competitiveness and sustainability, even in difficult economic and geopolitical conditions
