| Abstract | The relevance of the study is determined by the need to form effective logistics management models that not only reduce costs and enhance delivery speed but also maintain consistent service quality in accordance with international standards. The aim of the article is to analyze theoretical and practical approaches to the development and implementation of logistics management models based on quality management principles, and to formulate recommendations for their adaptation in the context of Ukrainian enterprises operating in the sphere of international business. The research objectives include the identification of key logistics system elements, assessment of the impact of quality integration on logistics efficiency, and the development of a structural model of effective logistics management in foreign trade operations. The methodological basis of the research comprises a combination of general scientific and specialized economic methods. The results of the study confirm that enterprises applying quality-oriented logistics models — particularly those based on ISO 9001 standards — demonstrate higher customer satisfaction, lower logistics costs, and reduced error rates in logistics operations. A structural model of logistics management in foreign economic activity is proposed. It includes the management of material, informational, and financial flows grounded in Total Quality Management (TQM) principles such as customer orientation, process-based approach, continuous improvement, system thinking, and data-driven decision-making. It is emphasized that the integration of logistics functions with other enterprise subsystems (marketing, finance, production, human resources) is a critical success factor for the effective implementation of the proposed models. Based on the generalization of research findings, practical recommendations are developed. These include the establishment of logistics competence centers, the implementation of digital technologies in logistics processes, and the development of logistics service quality monitoring systems. The proposed quality-oriented models contribute to increasing the effectiveness of foreign economic activity, expanding export capabilities, and strengthening the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises in the global market. | ||
