Abstract This article outlines the qualities of digital business transformation in wartime. It has been demonstrated that in times of war, the introduction of modern digital technologies is crucial for business continuity and progress. The report describes how digital business transformation can be understood and assessed through various models that reflect the digital realities, ambitions, capabilities, compliance and implementation of the business, as well as the platform business models and their key characteristics. To help businesses during martial law, business representatives were invited to a training course. The main goal of this course was to offer experience in consulting on business transformation in the current environment. The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, together with other administrative institutions, has developed a tool to bring digital documents in line with European ones, known as a personal digital wallet. This tool will help create a unified digital identification system in Ukraine. The aim of the project was that the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Digital Transformation Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, together with other administrative bodies and local governments, cooperate to restore the country and implement numerous innovative projects in the digital economy. Such actions will open important prospects for increasing the competitiveness and stability of the national economy and will significantly increase the opportunities for participation in the «Digital Europe» program. Ensuring a regulatory and legal environment for relevant changes will contribute to attracting investment resources from international donors for the recovery of Ukraine's economy. Relocation programs have been identified at the national level to relocate companies to safe areas away from direct hostilities.
