Abstract | The article analyzes the urgent problem of ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises in crisis conditions. Crisis phenomena are currently affecting virtually all sectors of the Ukrainian economy, especially industry. This is evidenced by trends in key macroeconomic indicators and analysis of the functioning of various markets in the country. This underscores the need to find ways to prevent and overcome the crisis in the economy. We emphasize the importance of applying innovative approaches to management in the context of economic and political instability, crisis phenomena in industry, and the consequences of military actions. We classify the main factors that cause crisis phenomena in the activities of enterprises on the basis of such features as the source of origin, the degree of predictability, the nature of the impact. Innovative methods of managing enterprises during a crisis, in particular digital transformation, adaptive supply chain management, operational flexibility, crisis risk management and crisis marketing, are investigated. The advantages and limitations of each method under martial law are outlined. It is found that digital transformation is the most promising tool, as it allows for flexibility, data storage, process optimization and remote work. An innovative approach to supply chain management is highlighted as the key to ensuring the continuity of enterprises in the event. The substantiates the expediency of integrating digital transformation with an innovative approach to supply chain management, which contributes to the formation of adaptive, sustainable and transparent management systems. The proposed solutions make it possible to minimize the impact of crisis phenomena, reduce dependence on physical resources, respond promptly to external challenges and ensure the competitiveness of enterprises even in conditions of instability. The results of the study are useful for scientists and practitioners interested in developing effective approaches to crisis management of enterprises in conditions of economic instability. | ||
