Abstract | The article examines the priority areas of lending to agrarian business entities. Based on the analysis of scientific and economic literature, a step-by-step mechanism for preferential bank lending to agrarian business entities is presented. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that decrease in efficiency of agricultural production under modern conditions is a consequence of military actions, which led to unfavorable socio-economic conditions for the functioning of agrarian business entities. In view of this, under current conditions, it is worth applying preferential lending to agrarian business entities, with reimbursement from the budget of 50 % of the cost of the bank loan rate, adhering to the principles of bank lending. The state preferential lending program should promote the development of agriculture and the regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food markets, providing state guarantees for bank loans, in compliance with step-by-step positions capable of ensuring the effectiveness of lending to agrarian business entities The decrease in the efficiency of agricultural production under modern conditions is a consequence of military actions, which led to unfavorable socio-economic conditions for the functioning of agrarian business entities. Military actions in Ukraine limited their access to credit resources, as a result of which the peculiarities of their current financial and economic situation are not taken into account. Attracting and using bank loans by agribusiness entities is the most important factor in stabilizing their financial condition. An important prerequisite for accessible loans is that no collateral is required when obtaining them, and the maximum amount of their receipt is set at UAH 90 million. Accessible loans, according to the results of the study, indicate a violation of the methodological approach to their distribution by region, which violates the principle of equal access of business entities to credit resources. Under the current conditions of martial law in Ukraine, improving lending to agrarian business entities is possible provided that the effectiveness of such economic subsystems as the budget-tax and credit-banking subsystems is maintained. | ||
