Abstract | The article is devoted to the study of the conceptual components of the development of international management in the context of evaluating the possibilities of integration of Ukrainian business into the internal market of the EU. The conducted research proved that in the conditions of the war, the development of international trade and integration into the internal market of the EU is a kind of incentive for the preservation of the Ukrainian economy. Analysis of indicators of business and trade development, which reflect the openness of the economy of the European Union countries, confirms the stabilization of indicators at the end of 2023 and their growth at the beginning of 2024. This forms the basis for the development of Ukrainian business cooperation with the EU. The expansion of foreign trade activities with the countries of the Eurozone contributes to the transformation of the branches of the Ukrainian economy, activates international cooperation, increases the volume of production of products and services, and stimulates the technological progress of all branches of the economy. According to the results of 2023, the Polish market is the most promising for establishing cooperation between Ukrainian business and EU neighboring countries. According to the calculations of the integral index, this country has the most favorable economic conditions (the index is 0,89). Romania became the least promising for conducting international business by Ukrainian enterprises (in 2023, the integral index was equal to 0,08). In the process of forming a global strategy, Ukrainian enterprises that seek to gain a foothold in international markets must build a management system that will take into account the cultural context (market conditions, specific consumer requests, organizational structure, relationships between managers and subordinates), supply chain management, risks, innovations and implementation of advanced technologies. The russian-Ukrainian war and geopolitical conflicts in the world create additional challenges for the development of international management: the risk of political instability, diversification of markets, changes in logistics flows, development of domestic markets, influence on foreign investments. These problems require flexibility, quick reaction and strategic planning from the management of Ukrainian enterprises. We substantiated the key approaches to international management that will contribute to the stability and profitability of domestic business. In particular, it is the diversification of sales markets, stimulation of the development of the domestic market, expansion of the range of products and services, investment in innovation and technology; activation of cooperation and participation in strategic alliances. A necessary condition for the effective development of domestic enterprises is their transformation of the international management system on the basis of digitalization and technological innovations. The introduction of new management methods will ensure the efficiency of business processes, increase the competitiveness of companies and contribute to success. | ||
