| Abstract | In recent years, Ukrainian agricultural enterprises have faced some economic challenges, including political instability, currency fluctuations, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Russian-Ukrainian war. These challenges have put considerable pressure on financial management, on financial resources, which are essential for the survival of agricultural enterprises and the development of their potential. In the current environment, the effective management of the financial resources of enterprises is of great importance. After all, they play a crucial role in the productive functioning of enterprises and are a determining factor in the process of expanded reproduction. The rational formation and efficient use of financial resources by enterprises is the basis for the financial stability of the country's economy in crisis conditions. Therefore, to comprehensively study the issues and find solutions for effective management of financial resources in a crisis, we will consider the key concepts: effective management; financial resources; financial resources management; crisis. The main purpose of the article is to study the effectiveness of financial resources management of agricultural enterprises in times of crisis, to discuss theoretical provisions and to develop practical recommendations for improving approaches to reducing the impact of factors that complicate the effective management of financial resources. The article highlights the issues of effective management of financial resources of agricultural enterprises in times of crisis. The basic concepts of efficiency of financial resources management are analysed and the structure of financial resources of an enterprise is highlighted. The analysis of the dynamics of profits and losses of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine made it possible to demonstrate that the overall situation in the agricultural sector is positive. This indicates that Ukrainian agricultural enterprises manage their financial resources efficiently and with minimal losses. We also investigated the main factors that complicate the management of financial resources and, on this basis, proposed the main approaches to their solution. Thus, the implementation of these approaches will increase the efficiency of financial resource management in times of crisis, which will ensure the stability of enterprises in the long term. | ||
