Abstract | The role, significance and problems of using cross-cultural management in the process of strategic and corporate management of the enterprise are defined. It is emphasized that cross-cultural management makes it possible to create competitive advantages during the implementation of the strategy of an enterprise operating in a multicultural environment. The peculiarities of the corporate culture of the organization, which is based on the concept of cross-cultural management, are determined. The expediency of the formation and use of cross-cultural competences during the implementation of corporate management in the cross-cultural field has been proven. System architecture of cross-cultural management in order to create unique competitive advantages for an enterprise whose personnel engages in cross-cultural interaction is proposed. The impact of a multitude of factors on the effectiveness of cross-cultural management is argued and it is justified that cultural diversity should be used as a source of advantages in the global space, the skills of understanding cultural differences should be practiced among the staff and they should be used to ensure the advantages of one's own business. The effectiveness of cross-cultural communications in the field of management is directly related to the understanding of national, intercultural characteristics of representatives of different countries and peoples. It is competent communications that are important key indicators in cross-cultural management, as the productivity of multinational companies' cooperation at the international level depends on their quality level. In general, increasing the competitiveness of national companies under the globalization and integration processes of business depends on the characteristics of managing the values of each individual and the influence of the processes of cross-cultural interaction. | ||
