Digital technologies in social security

Abstract The article considers the importance of digital technologies in the social security sector. Today, the formation of the global market for social services is due to the development of digital technologies and innovations due to technological change. In the developed countries of the world there is a trend of improving and developing the market of social services. The process of providing modern social services involves not only the benefits of the Internet, but also the full benefits of digitalization, attracting a wide range of social media and information technology. Modern digital technologies are: Internet of Things, robotics and cybersystems, artificial intelligence, big data, paperless technologies, additive technologies (3D printing), cloud and fog computing, unmanned and mobile technologies, unmanned and mobile technologies, biometric and quantum technologies, technologies identification, blockchain, drones, cybersecurity, cobots, digital platforms, predictive analytics, robotics, augmented reality, etc. The concept of digitalization is studied and its own interpretation in social security as a process of systematization, use, processing of information in digital format in order to improve customer service in the environment of citizen protection. The main tasks of social protection in Ukraine are studied. Factors influencing the development of digitalization in Ukraine are considered. The problems of digitalization of social security in Ukraine are analyzed and the ways of its improvement are suggested. Thus, Ukraine's reputation as a state of high digital culture is currently being formed. Digitalization of all spheres of public life is an important direction through the current global trends and national policy on the vector of digital transformation of the state. Defining new guidelines for the development of the state in general and social security in particular through digitalization is a priority, which is due to the challenges of today. Existing communication links, motivation systems, outdated technologies and standard solutions that have taken place in the past have lost their significance. In the context of digital change, the social security sector needs an innovative component of development, which forms the foundation of competitiveness, and the driving force of such changes should be digitalization.
