Abstract The genetic system of controlled reproduction based on linked two genes of male sterility (Ms5/ms5 and Ms13 / ms13) and marker gene A2/a2 of color of corn seed, due to incomplete adhesion between the marker gene and sterility genes provides recombinant gametes and it requires to control the presence of recessive alleles of sterility genes ms5 ms13. The purpose of the research is the development and approbation of system of interbreed for alleles of sterility genes control in sterile forms in the process of their reproduction in genetic system of controlled breeding based on two linked genes of male sterility of marker gene. The sterile plants pollinated with heterozygotes by allele ms5. Then, on the dimensionally isolated area the received seed are sowed. By the beginning of flowering (when throwing stalk) counts the number of sterile and fertile plants. If row has 25% of sterile plants, the line removes completely. If row has 50% of sterile plants, these rows remain for reproduction. After harvesting grains of bright colour should be separated. The bright grains come to subsequent control for the presence of a dominant allele Ms13. Similarly a control of sterile form for alleles Ms13i ms13 is conducted. To conduct additional control for the presence or absence of heterozygotes of the gene Ms13 / ms13 in sterile form as a pollinator uses crossbreeding descendants of sterile form with the form of heterozygotes by the gene Ms13/ms13. Conclusions. Developed the system of crossbreeding to control the presence of dominant alleles of genes of sterility in sterile form in the process of their reproduction in genetic system of controlled breeding of maize with two linked nuclear genes of male sterility Ms5 / ms5 and Ms13 / ms13 and marker gene of grains colouring A2/a2. By backcrossing way was created almoust isogenic analogues of necessary alleles for the system of crossbreeding with the purpose of control the presence of dominant alleles of genes of sterility on which the approbation of crossesbreeding was conducted. It shows that the developed system allows to control a required level of sterility and can be recommended for industrial approbation.
