Abstract It was found that herbicides Prima and Puma super made separately and together with the plant growth regulator Biolan, significantly affect the content of protein and gluten of winter triticale seed. Nevertheless, the highest index of protein and gluten form during the experiments with impurity of Prima herbicide (0.8 l / ha) and Puma super herbicide (1.2 l / ha) in admixture with a plant growth regulator Biolan.
Key words winter triticale, herbicide, plant growth regulator, protein, gluten.
