| Abstract | 30-years period of “lysenkoism” domination in “Soviet science” started just from PBGI. It was characterized by the negation of chromosomal theory of heredity and pursuit of classical genetics supporters. Genetics revival started since late 60-th with the author direct participation. In course of time, the institute became the leading institution in the country again. | ||
