| Abstract | Significant and stable increase of role of information and communication software in modern management causes necessity and practical significance of assessment of its condition at domestic enterprises, especially in the agricultural sector. The article reveals the importance of information and time-consuming for its collection, processing and transmission in the decision-making process and, consequently, in improving efficiency of production management. Analysis of work time expenditures by managers in agricultural enterprises of Cherkasy region is given. Causes of time losses are determined on the basis of timing data and interviewing managers of the studied enterprises involved in the operational management of production. Necessity of improving organization of information and communication support in the light of contemporary development of information and telecommunication systems and technologies is proved in order to increase the efficiency of management in agricultural production on the basis of cause-and-effect diagram. | ||
