Construction of the models of regulation of the consequences of deepening of labor market segmentation in the agrarian sphere

Abstract The concept of the labor market is a complex, dynamic system of the economic, legal, geo-dimensional relations, which appear in the process of labor utilization on the conditions of hiring. This is a specific mechanism of the distribution of work force in the spheres, Kinds, forms of economic activity, which functions in the limits of rural settlements. The study of the enumeration of the criteria, utilized for investigating the structures of the segmentation of rural labor market, is based on hypotheses about the cause-effect connections between the analyzed characteristics of rural of unoccupied population and their needs. The models developed by us include the determination of the strategic purposes of developing the market for agrarian labor, creation of competitive and accessible work sites, training skilled workers, social protection of worker under the conditions of the possible negative consequences of the agrarian labor market segmentation. It is necessary to form a fundamentally new type of market relations, with which the process of the segmentation of the labor market would fulfill the stimulating, developing and innovation functions, and to adapting legislation to the new nature of working relations.
