Abstract | This article analyzes forms of land tenure developed in the historical, socio-economic and political development of humanity. The concept of "agrarian civilization" is substantiated and its chronological limits are defined. An attempt of forming a coherent, concise picture of agrarian history from the standpoint of evolutionary, cyclic, and civilization theories was made. Key forms of land tenure for each stage of the civilized unit are given. | ||
