Abstract | The structure of material incentives was analyzed in the article. Essence of the concept of generalized material incentives. The place of wages, among other factors motivating employees. Analyzed motives lives of employees depending on the organizational – legal form of enterprises. Given universal ways to encourage implementing motivational impact on employees. As a result of sociological studies defined form of salary which has the greatest motivational impact on employees. Defined the place of the agricultural sector among other sectors, depending on the size of wages in Uman region in 2013. Also analyzed the average monthly wage in the agricultural enterprises Uman region in 2013 year. Carried out a comprehensive analysis of the current state of wages in the agricultural enterprises and its compliance with applicable legislation.
