| Abstract | Currently, the state of industrial safety at agricultural enterprises is characterized by a decrease number of accidents, including those with fatal consequences, but despite the annual reduction in their number, the level of injuries in agriculture remains too high, and for some it is even increasing in terms of indicators. Therefore, occupational safety in transport works is still the most difficult problem. The article presents the results of studying the state of industrial safety at agricultural enterprises. The main reasons that lead to accidents among machine operators during transportation works, as well as during machine-tractor operation aggregates. It has been established that compatibility should be ensured for reliable operation tractor and trailer brake systems, increase brake efficiency devices, as well as the total time of the emergency stop of the moving vehicle is calculated machine or unit from the start of braking, the length of the braking distance, which the car will drive from the moment an obstacle is detected to the moment it stops and other indicators are important to maintain stability in the process operation of the machine-tractor unit. It is also necessary for the safe operation of machine-tractor units observe safety measures when working with trailers and semi-trailers. It is strictly forbidden to: transport people in a trailer or semi-trailer; operate the trailer with disconnected and faulty brakes, hydraulic and electrical systems; use trailers equipped with a retractable bracket, as part of a tractor with two trailers in first-rate quality; use the hydraulic system, if available leakage in connections; heat the air balloon with an open flame in case of freezing of condensate in the cylinder of the pneumatic brake system; carry out repair work and maintenance under a raised platform without installing it on fixing devices; move the trailer with it raised platform, etc | ||
