| Abstract | The article investigates an innovative approach to the managing the logistics system of domestic enterprises. The dynamics of expenses for innovative activity of industrial enterprises and their share in GDP of Ukraine are analyzed. The integration factors of principles of logistics and innovations are studied. The main sectors of the logistics system focused on the complex implementation of innovations were determined. The necessity of their integration into the general strategy of enterprise development was substantiated. The development of innovative activities contributes to the growth of economic development, optimizes the production structure, improves the standard of living of the country and determines development benchmarks. The innovation use in logistics enables the introduction of efficient technologies of movement of goods, the latest technologies, modern technical and transport equipment, equipment, progressive managerial decisions on the development of strategy and tactics of logistics activities. The dynamics analysis of expenditures for innovative activity of domestic enterprises allowed us to establish that in 2010–2017 the greatest amount of funds for innovation was in 2016 (UAH 23.2 billion) and their share in the GDP of the country amounted to 0.97 %. However, in 2017, the financing of innovation processes decreased by 2.6 times and amounted to UAH 9.1 billion (0.3 % of GDP). Only 14.3 % of enterprises implemented innovations. Under these conditions, effective radical changes are required at the macroeconomic level aimed at stabilizing and developing the innovation activity of the Ukrainian enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness. Under the conditions of an innovative model of development, the key factors in integrating the principles of logistics and innovation are globalization of the world’s capital markets, goods and services; growth of differentiation and increased competition in the market; development of information technologies; growth of entrepreneurial and innovative activity; shortening the life cycle of goods; increase of capacity of enterprises on the basis of the latest technologies; minimizing logistics costs when maximizing profits. Logistics of the enterprise requires constant development and improvement because innovations in technical equipment, technologies, information provision and management of supply, production and sales simplify the technological cycle and increase the efficiency of production, economic and commercial activity. Therefore, the main sectors of the logistics system should be focused on the complex implementation of innovations and their integration into the overall strategy of the enterprise development. This will allow us to have the synergy effect, optimize costs and use all available types of resources rationally. The implementation of innovations will improve logistics and increase efficiency and intensity of the resource use which will promote the accumulation of competitive advantages. Further research is advisable to focus on the process of integrated implementation of innovations and their integration into the logistics strategy of the enterprise development. | ||
