| Abstract | The article deals with the current state of use, protection and reproduction of land resources as part of spatial economic and social development. Causes of ecological and economic problems in the area of land use are determined. Scientific-theoretical principles of developing practical proposals and recommendations of more rational use of land resources, reproduction and fertility preservation and ensuring adequate environmental protection of lands of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. Based on the studies the main orientations regarding the optimal balance between stabilizing and destabilizing lands are identified. Ecological and economic analysis of the soil quality, factors of its reduction and their environmental sound uses is carried out. Organizational and economic measures for the protection and improving quality of the soil fertility of agricultural economic entities are recommended. Proposals to solve economic and environmental problems in the direction of rational use of lands are given. | ||
